Now, I REALLY, REALLY hate T-Mobile

After a million dropped calls and absolutely no service in the OC I went back to the store where I bought my phone to ask the sales guy if I could try another phone. A co-worker went with me. The sales guy said I was "uptight." My co-woker couldn't believe it. I was in shock, I just laughed. I didn't even throw a fit like I normally would have. I was good. And, he still called me uptight. What an ass. Great customer service.

Needless to say I cancelled my service with T-Mobile and am now the proud owner of an Alltel phone.
