Headache that Won't go Away

I usually just drink more water when I have any sort of pain, but I am full. It is sad to say but I am wondering if it is related to the fact that I haven't been drinking - just haven't had time. I gave up drinking for lent last year and had a headache for the first 5 days. I am sorry to say that is a bad sign for Ms. Train Wreck. So, I am wondering if that is what is causing the dull pain that fills my entire noodle now.

I have my church dinner and meeting tonight. Maybe I will have a glass of wine there and see what happens...
